[20.] Alignment + Availability (Lessons from Pilates)
Two important lessons I've learned from a year of reformer pilates classes -- the classes have helped heal my body (I no longer walk with a limp from the back injury) but have taught me a few things about life.
If your alignment is off, you might end up not where you want to be or you may make things way harder than they have to be in your business, in your life.
And availability is a powerful form of an invitation, as well as an indicator of what you may be available for even if you say otherwise.
